We will collect and use personal data only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes. We will ensure that personal data is only collected for necessary and relevant purposes, and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the data is accurate and up-to-date. We will take all reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We will delete or anonymize personal data when it is no longer necessary for the specified purpose. We will also provide individuals with a copy of their data upon request. We will ensure that all employees, contractors, and third parties who process personal data have the necessary training, understanding, and expertise to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
Terms and Conditions
At DanCrowe Photography, we provide photography services to our customers. By using our services, you agree to the following conditions and understand that they are binding. 1. All services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality of the photographs and cannot be held liable for any damages caused by our services. 2. Session photographs taken are the property of DanCrowe Photography, clients will receive re-touched images in-line with the package purchased; the client will then own the re-touched images. 3. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. 4. We may change our terms and conditions as needed and without notice. 5. All payments are due prior to the start of services. 6. We reserve the right to cancel services at any time. 7. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by our services. 8. We are not responsible for the quality of any prints or other items created from our photographs. 9. We reserve the right to refuse any requests for additional editing or alterations. 10. The Client agrees to credit DanCrowe Photography when using re-touched images. 11. Session images are retained by DanCrowe Photography for 6 months, thereafter they are deleted. Final/Re-touched images are retained indefinitely.
